Materials

• Small Candle Stickers
• Small round Sticker
• Ribbon 1/4" Width
• Card stock - Pink, Green, Yellow

Card Instructions

Cut green card stock to desired measurement and fold in half to make the card. Cut yellow card stock 1/4" smaller than front of folded card. Cut desired circles and glue them to the face of the card and on top as you desire. Adhere stickers to circles. Glue ribbon to the top and adhere Happy Birthday sticker. I used an embellishment buckler in place of the Happy Birthday sticker.
